Quality Control
1. All filter components are subjected to a factory in-coming Quality Control checking and testing procedure.
2. Filter media are controlled by the Quality Control Laboratory to ensure all design parameters and test criteria meet specifications and performance results.
3. Throughout production & assembly, on line and laboratory controls & tests are made to ensure every perfect filter.
4. Representative filter from each batch type and production run are subjected to a complete test flow evaluation to determine efficiency, pressure drop and dust holding capacity.
5. To ensure that ex-factory products are maintained in perfect condition and are not damaged during transport to final destination.
V filter features:
1) The air volume is large, suitable for installation in the central air conditioner and air duct, the surface wind speed of 2.7m / s, each 610 × 610 × 292mm standard W filter rated air flow up to 3600m3 / h.
2) High efficiency, the choice of foreign brand-name high-quality glass fiber filter, a larger filter area, clean production environment, can guarantee the VH filter in the rated air volume, 0.3mm particle filtration efficiency of 99.99% (H13) and 95% (H10).
3) Low resistance, VH filter structure is compact and reasonable, filter material, in the rated air volume, the resistance is not higher than 250Pa. Laser scanning count MPPS efficiency: 85%, 99.95%. Filter efficiency level: H10, H13.
